How It All Started
The journey began as a simple Pop-Up restaurant built with the Scott & Kelsey Searles family and friends. Locally owned and operated, they put in the effort and determination to bring high-quality classic American comfort food to Murfreesboro. Searles is a lifetime restauranteur having spent time in restaurants in Santa Fe New Mexico, Nantucket Island, Southampton, NY and Upstate NY.
The Menu
They decided to serve comfort food that they love... with fresh homemade and creative ingredients. All-Beef Hot Dogs , Grilled Cheese & Melts, 100% American Wagyu Beef Burgers and fun seasonal additions.
Creative combinations help define the menu, and the focus is on making food from scratch and doing a few things extremely well. The menu is constantly evolving and seasonally changing. We accommodate all dietary restriction when possible. Gluten-Free buns and bread is available.
100% Wagyu Beef Burgers
Our burgers are made with 100% American Wagyu Beef. It is sourced from Snake River Farms, a family owned and operated business since 1956 in Boise, Idaho. The result is a consistently rich and flavorful experience that makes a fantastic burger. Snake River Wagyu has marbling so rich that it exceeds the USDA grading scale and is served in the world’s best restaurants. Snake River Farms is a true Ranch to Table partner
World Famous Hot Dogs
Nathan's started as a single hot dog stand on Coney Island in 1916 and has since expanded into one of the globally recognized best tasting hot dogs. Nathan's hot dogs are made with 100% premium beef and free from fillers, by-products, artificial ingredients, and corn syrup. They are Gluten Free

Hi-Five is about recreating your best food memories—and then adding to them. We want that wave of nostalgia to hit you when you take that first bite.
There’s something so appealing about watching people’s faces when they eat a Grilled Cheese and tap into their childhood for a minute. It never gets old” Our Melts go from mild to wild and change based on the seasons and customer requests. Don't forget to pair your GC or Melt with our incredible TOMATO SOUP!
A Sweet Tradition Lives On
MoonPies became part of the kids meals as a nod to a nostalgic Southern treat. Parents loved seeing a familiar dessert from their own childhood, and kids enjoy the fun surprise. This small addition built a sense of community and connection, proving that comfort food is about more than a menu—it’s about shared memories.
